Shopping in the centre of Exmoor

The main towns for shopping in the centre of Exmoor are:

Dulverton, Exford and Porlock.

Dulverton is a charming small town with a good selection of small shops. It is the home of the Exmoor National Park Authority and has an ancient bridge over the River Barle.

Exford is right in the middle of Exmoor and has a small choice of shops, two large hotels and some good walking nearby.

Porlock is on the northern edge of the moor but not quite on the sea. There is a good choice of quality shops here and a Visitor Centre. It is at one end of the Coleridge Way.
